Komsilaj Debuted at Agritechnica Fair

Hanover, Germany, November 26, 2019 – At Agritechnica, the world’s largest agricultural machinery fair, KOM Değirmen showcased the power of Turkish agriculture in Europe. KOM Değirmen representative Cihat Yıldız emphasized the company’s global vision and commitment to local production in his statements at the fair.

Operating in Turkey since 1985 and a pioneer in silage packaging machines, KOM Değirmen drew particular attention at the fair with its KOM Silaj KM Series. Yıldız explained the machines’ high performance in packaging various types of roughage, including beet pulp, alfalfa silage, and corn silage.

Cihat Yıldız stated, “In our 15,000 m² production area, we manufacture five different machine types with 100% local capital and Turkish engineering. Our goal is to represent high technology and quality tailored to Turkish farmers in the global market as well. Exhibiting our products at a prestigious fair like Agritechnica is one of the most important steps in expanding our export network.”

Yıldız also noted that KOM Değirmen’s R&D department continuously pursues innovation and added that they will continue contributing to Turkish agriculture in the future while closely monitoring technological developments to provide farmers with the best solutions.
